Oleadoo is a software platform that lets real-estate brokers connect their WhatsApp Business accounts and use AI agents to communicate with their customers, manage listings, and follow up on leads.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, company details, and credentials you provide when you register.
• WhatsApp Business data — when you connect your WhatsApp Business account, we access the business phone number, account identifiers, and the messages exchanged between your business and your customers, as needed to provide the service.
• Customer messages & content — text, voice notes, images, and documents your customers send to your WhatsApp number, processed so our AI agents can respond.
• Your content — projects, listings, documents, and agent instructions you upload or configure.
• Usage data — logs, device and connection information, and metrics used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

• To connect and operate your WhatsApp Business integration.
• To generate AI responses to your customers using third-party AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini), grounded in your configured content.
• To provide analytics, billing, and account management.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Meta / WhatsApp — to deliver and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• AI providers — message content is sent to AI services solely to generate responses on your behalf.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and storage partners that operate our service under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
